greetings!finally, an exciting day in thailand!
took a day trip up north to chiang rai to see the hill tribe people and then further up to mae sai for the all famous golden triangle.
first up,
at the golden triangle, the border that connects thailand, myanmar and laos.
laos at arms length.
a long neck karen (as they are called), with brass rings stretching her neck to distinguish themselves froom other tribes.
a typical long neck karen family, without the men in sight.
